Welcome! I’m Fransheska, the founder of Sheska’s. My philosophy is simple: true happiness begins with honoring your body and mind. Sheska’s was born from my journey toward healing and self-care, and I’m excited to share that experience with you.
As an athlete, I’ve felt firsthand the toll physical activity can take on the body. Living with chronic health challenges further emphasized the importance of finding moments for relief and recovery.
My self-care journey began out of necessity. Epsom salt baths became my go-to ritual, soothing sore muscles, easing pain, and promoting relaxation. What started as a practical remedy soon blossomed into something much deeper. These baths became a sacred tradition—dedicated time to nurture both my body and mind.
This newfound realization sparked my curiosity. I began exploring other natural ingredients and minerals to enhance my bath experience. Before long, I was blending unique combinations that transformed an ordinary bath into a moment of pure bliss. And that's how Sheska’s was born—a mission to share the experience of honoring the mind and body with others.
